RESTORATIVE RETREATS
Time to heal, reconnect, and create new memories.
Some of the heaviest wounds our heroes carry are the ones no one can see. Restorative Retreats are life-changing experiences designed to give veterans and first responders the space to decompress, rebuild, and remember who they are beyond the uniform — surrounded by people who understand.
Mental Readiness Is Operational Readiness
A Restorative Retreat is a structured, multi-day decompression and resilience experience built around mental reset, peer connection, and practical reintegration. Programming blends guided workshops, outdoor therapy modalities, and family reintegration sessions — all at facilities that honor the sacrifices our members have made.
This is the proactive-growth arm of our mission. WE don’t wait for a crisis. WE create the time and space for our heroes to recalibrate, so they return to their families and communities with real tools, stronger bonds, and renewed purpose.
The 5 Ws
WHO
Veterans, active-duty military, and first responders — with dedicated sessions that welcome families into the reintegration journey.
WHAT
A multi-day retreat combining decompression, peer support, outdoor therapy, and practical reintegration tools.
WHY
Burnout and isolation are silent, invisible enemies. Time to reset lowers the risk of crisis, improves emotional regulation, and strengthens the peer bonds that keep our heroes connected long after they return home.
WHERE & WHEN
Retreats are hosted at restorative locations that appreciate the service of those who attend. Upcoming dates, locations, and how to apply are being finalized — reach out and WE will make sure you’re the first to know.
What a Retreat Offers
Decompress & Reset
Guided workshops and outdoor therapy that create room to breathe, process, and find footing again.
Peer Connection
Shoulder-to-shoulder time with others who have carried the same weight — brotherhood, sisterhood, and shared purpose.
Family Reintegration
Sessions that bring families into the healing, rebuilding the connection that service can strain.
Come Home to Yourself
Whether you need the time yourself or want to help send a hero to a retreat, this is continued service beyond the uniform. WE GOT YOUR 6.
